I've rented a lot of vacation properties through the years and you are, by far, the most accommodating rental agent I've ever had. I did not take my lap top with me, but read all of your messages after I returned home.  I do appreciate all the ice and gas for the grill. Your maintenance guy, Jim, is a gem and tries hard to please.
